Pranzo di Pasqua
The hotel restaurant consists of a large scenic room with views of the city and the sea; in summer guests can take advantage of a large porch where tables are prepared for lunch and dinner. In addition, poolside tables can be made available on request.
The dishes are prepared under the direct supervision of the owner and enable guests to enjoy typical local specialities.
From appetizers with cold cuts, Tuscan croutons and panzanelle, to barbecued beef slices with porcini mushrooms, without forgetting homemade pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle and pappardelle, and delicious gnocchi and polenta.
There is also no shortage of more sought-after fish dishes – warm seafood appetizers, ravioli all’imperiale, salmon dumplings, seafood risotto, and a range of main courses such as mixed fries, fish cooked in seasonal vegetable crust and mixed meat grills.
For many years, the restaurant has been included in the AIC guidebook and is qualified for gluten- free cuisine.
In the evening you can also enjoy pizza baked in the wood-burning oven.
